What to Expect on Your Office Visit

Upon arrival, you may be asked to complete forms in addition to the health history questionnaire you downloaded and completed from the website.

You will consult with the doctor to answer any of your questions or concerns and discuss your medical history and the reason for your visit. Then Dr. Broeg or Dr. Eva will perform a comprehensive examination to assess your need for care.

The doctor will discuss the findings from your evaluation in detail and outline a treatment plan. The doctor will walk you through an adjustment, answering your concerns. Therapy and rehabilitation exercises may follow the adjustment.

Please fill out the new patient forms before your first visit to our office, and be sure to bring your current insurance card. For nutritional appointments, please fill out a new patient nutritional health form.
